I can surely daydream about living here. The person filming did a superb job! Went slow enough to really see and appreciate the building. A beautiful makeover. I enjoyed the tour so, so much and it's nice to hear music instead of someone taking especially if they're not an orator!

❤🙌 I live in Brazil and I've never been to NY, but after watching this video, I could imagine myself living in this place and enjoying every corner of this wonderful house, especially the balconies and gardens with my feline son Miguel. Go out early in the morning and at dusk to breathe the fresh air and explore the surroundings... I would receive family and friends, hold meetings with wine, good food and quality music. I would have taken out the laundry room and made one large bathroom, because it would have the window. (there doesn't seem to have a vent in the bathroom). The laundry could be in the basement.

The sealed up fireplaces don't look right. Open them up, or hide them completely. Otherwise a great house.

A great house. Sealing the fireplaces is a mistake. They should have just took them out. But in the kitchen, a gas fireplace would have been easy to do, and would have been charming.

This one is by far the best apartment I've ever seen. Plenty of room in each room and all those bathrooms are amazing. And having 2 laundry rooms is absolutely fantastic! Loved the kitchen and I couldn't believe that it has a kitçhett to boot! Looks like they thought of everything in this one exspecailly all the storage places it has. Unbelievable! It.must be wonderful to be able to live there.
